If there’s a need, we can arrange an additional technical session with your developers.
If each of the above steps is completed successfully, we are proposing an employment contract to a candidate.
Due to the nature of engagement it’s up to you to manage backlog, decide on team composition, allocate them within squads and ensure technical challenges that lay outside of team are addressed.

Every person within company has 1on1 feedback sessions, 360 degree feedback reviews, access to trainings and clear career path.
Every person hired through NxTide is well aware of the possibility to join the Client directly when both parties see fit. First 3 months are spent on testing mutual cooperation, after that period employment transfer is possible.
The process is straightforward:
1. You communicate willingness to start the transfer process
2. We confirm with the employee that he / she is interested
3. You and employee discuss (independently of us, as NxTide) conditions of the transfer such as salary, perks, position, etc.
4. Assuming that both parties agree, we terminate agreement with the employee so that you can freely sign agreement with him/her
5. Upon completion of the transfer, we issue an invoice that covers the transfer fee.
Once the transfer is complete, we can still oversee employees locally and provide office space, upon separate agreement with the Client.
